Landscaping the Podkowiński Quarry site with perennial flower beds

Summary

The tender concerns landscaping the Podkowiński Quarry site in Szydłowiec by creating perennial flower beds. The work includes preparing planting areas by removing turf and excess soil and cultivating the ground with compost soil to a depth of approximately 30 cm; planting perennials, small shrubs, deciduous trees and shrubs; covering the plantings with a 5 cm layer of conifer bark mulch and landscape fabric; edging the beds with wooden palisades; and cleaning the site. The work must follow the project documentation and include all tasks needed for proper completion for a fixed lump-sum price. The completion period is six months from contract signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed single-contract project within the past three years involving development of a public-space site, including site preparation and planting perennials, shrubs and trees over an area of at least 200 m². The bid must offer a guarantee of 12–24 months; price accounts for 60 points and the guarantee for 40 points in the evaluation. Guarantees within the range are scored according to a formula. Workers performing the physical tasks must be employed under employment contracts. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 10:00.
