Electrical works in municipal buildings and the social action centre

Summary

The Municipality of Pontault-Combault, together with its municipal social action centre, is procuring electrical works for the buildings of the municipality and the centre. The single-lot framework agreement covers electrical installations and equipment, including cabling, conduits and cable routes, switchboards, lighting and outlets, as well as fault detection and repair, removal and associated making-good works. The initial term is one year, with three possible one-year renewals. Maximum amounts for the initial period are €1,000,000 for the municipality and €80,000 for the social action centre, excluding VAT; the same maximum amounts apply to each renewal period.
