Pilot certified training pathways for third-country nationals

Summary

IPERIA is procuring vocational training services leading towards certification for third-country nationals as part of the second phase of the PARC’DOM project. The procurement is divided into three regional lots: Île-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Each lot is expected to cover three cohorts of up to 12 participants during the contract, with one cohort in 2027 and two in 2028. The services include sourcing and pre-selecting participants, collecting documents showing eligibility to participate, coordination, and delivery of in-person training and assessments. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three providers for each lot.
