Design and delivery of management training and individual or group support for Ministry of the Interior staff

Summary

The French Ministry of the Interior is procuring the design and delivery of management training and individual or group support in three lots: management and competency assessments with individual and group management support; management training for administrative and technical managers in central and regional services; and strategic management and leadership, particularly for senior managers. Services will be delivered at the ministry’s training centre in Lognes, at the provider’s premises where appropriate, or virtually; a specialist course in Lot 1 may also take place at the ministry’s higher studies institute in Paris. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of EUR 4.81 million and a maximum value of EUR 19.24 million. Each lot runs for one year and may be renewed up to three times, for a maximum total duration of four years.
