Fuel supply using fuel cards

Summary

Neuilly-Plaisance Municipality is procuring fuel dispensed at service stations using fuel cards for its vehicles, machinery and equipment throughout mainland France, with priority given to stations near the municipality. The contract also covers personalised fuel cards, secure online card management, consumption tracking and monthly invoices accompanied by detailed transaction statements. It is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders and no lots. The contract runs for one year from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed annually for a maximum total term of four years. The maximum value is €800,000 excluding VAT. Estimated annual quantities total 104,000 litres of petrol, diesel and AdBlue.
