Organisation services for the GenoTher Summit 2027 international scientific congress

Summary

GenoTher is procuring a single-lot package to organise its international scientific GenoTher Summit 2027 on gene and cell therapies, taking place on 22–23 June 2027 in Paris or the immediately neighbouring departments of Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis or Val-de-Marne. The contract covers the congress venue and associated technical, audiovisual, connectivity, catering, reception, logistics, security, cleaning and coordination services for an event designed for up to 500 people at once. Optional services include access to the venue for an additional half-day on 21 June, either a standing dinner cocktail or a seated gala dinner for 350 people, and audiovisual recording.
