Operation and maintenance of heating installations

Summary

The Community of Communes of Blaye is procuring the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of heating and cooling installations in buildings used by the three-member purchasing group: the Community of Communes, the Blaye Intercommunal Social Action Centre and the Blaye Tourist Office. The contract covers the listed thermal systems and related equipment, including boilers, heating and cooling units, and domestic hot-water systems; fuel supply and certain equipment specified in the contract are excluded. The single, non-lotted contract runs for two years from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed once for a further two years.
