Champagne Schools Project – Demolition and Reuse, Phase 1, and Temporary Installations (Lots 2a and 2b)

Summary

The City of Besançon is procuring works for the Champagne Schools project, which includes construction of a new elementary school and school restaurant, and refurbishment and extension of the kindergarten. This procurement covers only lots 2a and 2b: phase 1 demolition and reuse works, and temporary installations. The overall contract period is 31 months, including a two-month preparation period; a later phase for asbestos removal and demolition of the existing school will be procured separately.
