Summary

ESSET Property Management is procuring the interior renovation of vacant office space in the SCI Constellation building at 11–13 rue Paul Valéry, Paris. The works cover three areas—the right and left ground-floor sections and the entire first floor—with a total floor area of approximately 546 m², delivered as one project in a single phase. The scope includes demolition and preparation, masonry and plastering, suspended ceilings and tiling, joinery and signage, electrical and fire-safety systems, plumbing and ventilation, painting, carpet-tile flooring, and final cleaning. Lift works and asbestos removal are excluded; heating and air-conditioning works are assigned to a separate specialist package.
