Catering service delivery

Summary

Bibracte EPCC is procuring a four-year catering services framework agreement in one lot. The contractor will prepare meals at the central kitchen in Glux-en-Glenne for the cafeteria and the Le Chaudron restaurant, deliver meals to the restaurant under chilled-food conditions, and provide restaurant service and a snack and café counter. The services also cover menu planning, purchasing and storing food, serving meals, receptions and buffets, and maintaining the premises and equipment. The estimated operating volume is about 23,000 meals per year; the framework agreement has a minimum value of EUR 20,000 and a maximum value of EUR 1,900,000 excluding VAT over four years.
