Application and website maintenance for the Prime Minister’s services

Summary

The Prime Minister’s services are procuring application maintenance and website maintenance under four separate, single-supplier framework agreements: standard applications; applications based on ALFRESCO and NUXEO; websites; and applications based on ODOO. Each framework agreement runs for an initial two years, with two possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum term of 48 months. The estimated and maximum values over that maximum term are €1 million and €1.5 million for Lot 1, €1.5 million and €2 million for Lot 2, €1 million and €1.5 million for Lot 3, and €500,000 and €700,000 for Lot 4, respectively.
