Supply of ergonomic equipment for employees of the Nord Department and MDPH

Summary

The Nord Department, jointly purchasing with the Departmental Centre for Persons with Disabilities (MDPH), is procuring ergonomic equipment and related supplies under six lots, through a framework agreement with one economic operator per lot. The lots cover specialist office chairs and accessories; equipment to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and adapt or improve working conditions; specialist IT peripherals; training associated with the software specified for lot 6; other workplace-adaptation products and equipment; and optical, hearing and software products adapted to sensory and cognitive disabilities. There is no minimum purchase; annual maximum amounts including VAT are €202,000, €58,000, €39,100, €12,600, €18,730 and €48,760 respectively. Each contract runs for 12 months and may be tacitly renewed three times for 12 months.
