Prevention and safety training for staff of Grenoble institutions

Summary

The tender covers prevention and safety training for staff of Grenoble INP, the Grenoble National School of Architecture and the Institute of Political Studies. The framework agreement is divided into six lots: working at height, lifting and electrical safety; fire safety and first aid; laser safety; chemical hazards; autoclave operation; and occupational health and safety training for FSSCT members. Bidders may submit offers for all lots. Training may take place at the contracting group’s premises or the provider’s premises, and some courses may be delivered on an individual-participant basis. Examples include forklift, load-slinging, stacker, crane, mobile elevating work platform and electrical-safety training in Lot 1; fire safety, evacuation and first aid in Lot 2; laser safety and laser-safety representative training in Lot 3; chemical-risk awareness and advanced training in Lot 4; and initial and refresher autoclave training in Lot 5. Lot 6 requires an initial three-day course for FSSCT members for up to 20 participants, with at least two sessions during the contract. The training durations shown for Lots 1–5 range from 2 to 70 hours depending on the subject; these durations are indicative only and are not contractual. The standard courses must be offered in French. English-language supplementary offers must be priced for first-response fire team training, evacuation training for all relevant participants, high-voltage training specific to laboratories, and chemical-risk awareness; English versions of other courses may be offered optionally. Prices must include preparation, delivery, materials, administration, assessment and reporting, as well as travel and any necessary technical equipment. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single operator and orders will be placed under it; the combined maximum value of the framework agreements is EUR 1,840,000. The submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation weights are price 45%, technical merit 50% and sustainable development 5%.
