Maintenance of sewerage networks and equipment at Yvelines Sud hospitals

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of sewerage networks and equipment at the hospitals and other establishments of the Yvelines Sud hospital group over four years. It is divided into two lots: lot 1 covers maintenance of sewerage installations and associated networks, while lot 2 covers maintenance of the screening devices at Plaisir Hospital. The framework combines fixed-price work with additional services ordered as needed. Fixed-price work concerns Versailles Hospital and Plaisir Hospital; establishments throughout the GHT 78 Sud group may place orders for additional services. The maximum value of order-based services across both lots is €685,000 excluding VAT over four years: €645,000 for lot 1 and €40,000 for lot 2. Replacement of a grease trap at Versailles Hospital is an optional additional service. Bidders must visit the required sites before submitting a bid and include the signed visit certificate. The contracting authority announced an additional visit on 6 October 2026 at 09:00 at Plaisir Hospital, and bidders must adapt their offers accordingly. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. Each bid must include completed financial schedules, technical response forms and a technical memorandum of no more than 35 pages. Bids are evaluated on price and technical quality; the minimum technical score is 27/50 for lot 1 and 20/40 for lot 2. Bidders must provide evidence of the required turnover, staffing and similar-services information for the past three years, and proof of insurance.
