Cleaning and maintenance services for municipal buildings in Fréjus

Summary

The City of Fréjus is seeking cleaning and maintenance services for municipal buildings, divided into two lots. The services include scheduled and occasional work, including interior window cleaning. Lot 1 covers administrative buildings; Lot 2 covers sports, cultural and community buildings. Recurring services will be paid at a fixed price and occasional services at unit prices. The annual minimum and maximum amounts for occasional services, excluding VAT, are EUR 1,000 and EUR 10,000 for Lot 1, and EUR 10,000 and EUR 50,000 for Lot 2. The initial contract period runs from contract award, or at the earliest from 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027; it may be tacitly renewed three times for one year each. Bidders may tender for both lots and, following an amendment, may be awarded up to two lots. The award criteria are technical merit (50%), sustainable development (10%) and price (40%). Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 4 November 2026. A site visit is mandatory for each lot tendered for.
