Framework agreement for occupational risk prevention training

Summary

This procurement establishes a 19-lot framework agreement for occupational-risk prevention training for several municipalities and public bodies in the Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre area. Topics include, among others, safe operation of work equipment and CACES certificates, working at height and in confined spaces, electrical safety, first aid, fire safety, asbestos, chemicals, risks associated with waste-sector and physical work, road safety and psychosocial risks. Services will be ordered as needed, with payment based on unit prices for work actually delivered. The planned term is 12 months, renewable three times for one year each, for a maximum total term of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 12:00; they must remain valid for 180 days, and variants are not permitted. The documents supplied for Lot 1 set a maximum annual value of EUR 62,200 excluding VAT and a maximum order value of EUR 248,800 for the full term. For Lot 10, confined-space training, the corresponding caps are EUR 9,000 and EUR 36,000 excluding VAT. A Lot 1 bid must include fully completed pricing and estimated-quantity documents and a technical submission of no more than 20 pages. Lot 1 is evaluated with price weighted at 50%, technical quality at 40% and environmental performance at 10%.
