Waste treatment at the Rochefort recycling centres

Summary

The procurement covers waste management at the eight recycling centres operated by the Rochefort Océan intermunicipal authority and the municipal recycling centre in Rochefort, divided into three lots: reception, transfer, transport and landfilling of mixed and bulky waste comparable to commercial and industrial waste; treatment and recovery of wood waste; and collection and transport of asbestos waste from the intermunicipal authority's centres to a treatment facility. The asbestos lot includes provision of a 15 m³ container or specialist waste receptacle. Services are to begin on 1 January 2027 and run for four years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026. Tenders must remain valid for four months; variants and multiple tenders from the same bidder are not permitted.
