Cleaning services for the premises of the City of Thionville and its social action centre

Summary

Cleaning services are being procured for the premises of the City of Thionville and its social action centre under a four-lot framework agreement running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The lots cover window cleaning (Lot 1), cultural buildings (Lot 2), school buildings (Lot 3), and administrative, technical, sports and social buildings (Lot 4). Each lot will be awarded separately, with one supplier appointed to the framework agreement; services will be ordered as needed and paid at unit rates. The minimum and maximum values, excluding VAT, are: Lot 1, EUR 30,000–80,000; Lot 2, EUR 300,000–800,000; and Lots 3 and 4, EUR 700,000–1,700,000 each. A site visit is mandatory for Lots 2–4; failure to attend will make the bid non-compliant. Environmental performance conditions apply to all lots, and social performance conditions apply to Lots 2–4. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 14:00.
