Summary

Grand Poitiers is procuring a three-lot framework agreement for pest control services: Lot 1 covers pest control treatments; Lot 2 covers the rental of connected equipment for mechanical rat control in wastewater networks; and Lot 3 covers bed bug diagnosis, bagging and removal of belongings, and treatment. Up to two contractors will be appointed under the framework agreement. Bids may be submitted for up to three lots, and variants are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4:00 p.m. on 2 November 2026. The evaluation weights are 50% for technical quality, 10% for environmental performance and 40% for price.
