Supply of devices and accessories for laboratory sampling for CPAM Paris

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical devices and accessories for laboratory sampling to the Paris Primary Health Insurance Fund and its health centres in Paris and the Île-de-France region. The product range includes blood collection tubes, safety-needle sampling systems, urine containers, tourniquets, and sampling and transport kits. The supplier must deliver orders to 13 locations, normally within 3 working days and, for urgent orders, in less than 48 hours, and provide users with any necessary guidance and training. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum order value or quantity, for an initial 12 months with three possible 12-month extensions, up to a maximum total term of 48 months. The technical assessment considers sample quality, safety and compatibility with laboratory equipment, delivery times and minimum quantities deliverable without extra charge, customer support, and user guidance and training. Products must meet requirements including relevant registrations and conformity evidence and be compatible with the specified laboratory analysers. The supplier must implement a social-inclusion action and provide a waste-management plan covering sorting at source, traceability of waste flows and recovery of at least 60% of waste generated.
