Training services on health, safety and working conditions

Summary

Training services on health, safety and working conditions are being procured for the CNFPT Occitanie regional delegation for 24 months. The procurement has two lots: the first covers training members of territorial social committees and their specialist training bodies; the second covers training the trainers of those members. Both lots will be delivered through a single-provider framework agreement with orders placed as needed. The estimated total value is EUR 280,000: EUR 240,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 40,000 for Lot 2. Bidders may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid for six months. Neither a bidder nor any member of a bidding group may be subject to exclusion grounds under the French Public Procurement Code.
