Framework agreement for maintenance and routine investment works on buildings at Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes Airport

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and routine investment and improvement works on the buildings of Société Aéroportuaire Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes at Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes Airport. The services include preventive and corrective maintenance (except under Lot 7), technical assessment and ongoing advice, periodic reporting, remedying non-compliances identified during inspections, and minor improvement and upgrading works. The contract is divided into seven lots: 1) structural and shell works and heavy façade cladding; 2) waterproofing, roofing and roof structures; 3) external windows, doors and other joinery; 4) plumbing and sanitary installations; 5) floor, wall and ceiling finishes; 6) internal joinery and technical signage; and 7) coordinated works across multiple trades. Lots 1–6 each have one framework-agreement contractor; Lot 7 has two. Each lot is a separate framework agreement, under which subsequent contracts may be awarded and purchase orders issued. Applications must be submitted electronically. At this stage, applicants submit only their applications; selected candidates will later be invited to submit tenders. The application deadline is 21 October 2026 at 18:00. The planned contract period is 31 December 2026 to 30 December 2029; renewal and the possibility of similar works are described in the tender documents.
