Construction of a stormwater storage basin upstream of the Béziers wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The procurement covers construction of an 18,000 m³ stormwater storage basin upstream of the Béziers wastewater treatment plant, together with associated pipelines, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers construction and equipment of the basin, connecting pipelines to existing networks and associated structures. Lot 2 covers overflow and emptying pipelines and their connections to existing infrastructure. Bidders for either lot must include an ecologist. Offers must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation gives 60% to technical merit, 5% to the offer’s social and environmental value, and 35% to price. One alternative concerning the type of micropiles is permitted for Lot 1; alternatives are not permitted for Lot 2.
