Design and construction management services for the energy renovation of the Oscar Cleret school complex

Summary

The procurement is for design and construction-management services for the energy renovation of the Oscar Cleret school complex in Arras. The complex comprises a primary school built in 1967, with 22 classrooms and 2,200 m² of floor area, and a nursery school built in 1966, with 5 classrooms and 950 m².
