Chartered surveying and topographic services for properties

Summary

The tender covers chartered surveyor and topographic surveying services for properties owned by Foncière de Transformation Immobilière or considered for acquisition. It is divided into two lots: (1) chartered surveying services and land-management work, including related surveying and land-management assignments; and (2) topographic surveys. This is a 48-month, call-off framework agreement with no minimum volume. The maximum value over the full term is EUR 95,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 120,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Services may be required throughout metropolitan France, although the authority’s activities are mainly in the Île-de-France region.
