CMS-7 Multiservice Framework Agreement
Summary
The tender covers the integrated provision, operation and maintenance of the services needed for the day-to-day running of the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac and for events related to its activities. It is a 48-month framework agreement with a single contractor, starting no earlier than 1 July 2027 or, if later, on the date of notification. The estimated value of the fixed-price part is EUR 47,543,335 excluding VAT. The order-based part has no minimum amount and is capped at EUR 12,000,000 excluding VAT over the full term. The contract also includes a social inclusion clause through economic activity. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit; the notice lists 16 October and 3 November as visit dates, with arrangements set out in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically, and variants are not permitted. Offers will be assessed on financial value (48 points), technical value (48 points) and sustainable development (4 points). After reviewing applications and bids, the authority may invite compliant candidates to an interview.
