Supply and delivery of bread 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Niort is procuring fresh bread and bakery products, including their delivery to municipal schools, school canteens and leisure centres in 2027–2028. The procurement is divided into 19 lots, with a separate contract and one contractor for each lot. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but no supplier may be awarded more than 8 lots. The maximum value of each two-year lot is between EUR 7,500 and EUR 17,000 including VAT. The framework agreement runs for 24 months from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date, until 31 December 2028; orders will be placed by purchase orders. Offers must state unit prices for 400 g bread, wholemeal bread, 200 g baguettes and 50 g brioche, together with the other pricing information required by the tender documents. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Offers may be submitted electronically or on paper.
