Restructuring and extension of the Vence Emergency Response Centre – Phase 1: Temporary facilities

Summary

The procurement covers temporary works for Phase 1 of the restructuring and extension of the Vence Emergency Response Centre. The centre will remain operational during construction, so the work will be carried out in stages. There are four lots: temporary modular facilities for relocating staff; external networks and site works; electrical works; and interior finishing and plumbing. The work includes adapting existing modules for offices and living areas, installing additional modules, and fitting out fire-service rooms, changing rooms and a gym. The overall execution period for Lots 2–4 is 5 months. The contract for Lot 1 runs for 18 months and may be extended in monthly periods up to a maximum total of 30 months; this lot also includes an optional phase for removing existing modular facilities. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The evaluation gives 60% weight to price, 30% to technical merit and 10% to environmental performance. Bids must be submitted through the online platform specified in the tender documents. Suitability and capacity requirements must be checked in those documents.
