IT infrastructure consultancy, support and maintenance for the National Archaeology Museum in Saint-Germain-en-Laye

Summary

The procurement covers consultancy, technical assistance, local user support and maintenance for the IT and office systems infrastructure of the National Archaeology Museum and the national estate of the château at Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Services will be delivered in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and the Val-d’Oise area. The planned contract term is 36 months from 1 January 2027; there is no minimum contract amount, and the maximum is EUR 135,000 excluding VAT (EUR 162,000 including VAT). Bids will be evaluated on price (50%), technical quality (40%) and environmental criteria (10%). Bidders must provide information on comparable experience, financial performance, organisation, resources and the qualifications of staff assigned to the contract. Alternative bids are not permitted.
