Supply of artificial-grass garlands for the 2027 Menton Lemon Festival
Summary
The Menton Tourist Office seeks up to 1,650 artificial-grass garlands, each 5 metres long, for the 2027 Lemon Festival. The supplier must manufacture and deliver them, with both activities included in the delivery price. The garlands must be green and as natural-looking as possible, densely and evenly braided, at least 8 cm in diameter, braided onto a cord and sufficiently rigid to hang in the air. They must not be sparse, gapped or show their backing, and their leaves must not come loose. The framework agreement runs for 2027, with orders placed as needed. The main delivery is scheduled for 13 January 2027; split deliveries are permitted at no extra charge. Deliveries must be made to two locations in Menton during the agreed hours, confirmed in advance, and packed in bundles of ten so the garlands do not break or become folded. The supplier must provide its own unloading. A sample schedule for urgent supplementary orders must also be submitted. The bid must include the required company and financial-capacity evidence, a technical description and garland sample, completed pricing schedules, and the supplementary-order schedule. The evaluation considers technical and environmental information, available staff, vehicles and workspace, responsiveness, and price. This is a reserved contract: bidders must meet the conditions for participation in a reserved procurement, the precise scope of which should be checked in the tender documents.
