Renovation works for the Lacoste Amphitheatre at the École Militaire in Paris

Summary

IHEDN is procuring renovation works for the Lacoste Amphitheatre at the École Militaire in Paris. The contract is divided into eight lots: partitions and suspended ceilings; interior joinery and metalwork; parquet, carpet, hard flooring and tiling; painting and post-construction cleaning; supply and installation of 102 auditorium seats; electrical works and fire safety systems; multimedia; and heating, ventilation, cooling and plumbing. Work is scheduled to start on 15 November 2026 and generally last eight months. A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer and must be arranged in accordance with the tender documents.
