Summary
The procurement covers the supply of one scanning electron microscope for the LEM3 laboratory at the University of Lorraine, including associated equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning. The supplier must provide user training and training in first-level preventive and corrective maintenance, and include a warranty. The procurement is a single lot and variants are not allowed. One additional service is mandatory and must be included in the offer; two other additional services are optional. The procurement also includes an optional three-year warranty extension, which may be extended so that the total warranty period is up to 10 years, including the initial period. The bidder must submit a technical and financial response and a technical memorandum covering the equipment, maintenance and after-sales support, training, environmental commitments, and arrangements for delivery and installation. Evaluation weights are: price 30%; technical merit 40% (suitability for the targeted analyses 15%, adaptability and ergonomics 10%, API development tools 15%); warranty and after-sales service 20%; and environmental performance 10%.
