Air-conditioning installation works at five community childcare centres

Summary

The contract covers the installation of heat-pump air-conditioning systems in five childcare centres in Ecquetot, Hondouville, Iville, Le Neubourg and Tournedos-Bois-Hubert. It is divided into five lots, one for each centre. For every lot, remote control of the air-conditioning units may be offered as an optional additional service. The centres will remain open during the day, so the work must be carried out outside their opening hours, at night. The worksite must be left clean after each intervention. The works must be completed by 30 April 2027. The maximum works period is 15 weeks, with a separate four-week preparation period. Bidders must submit a work schedule. The estimated contract value is EUR 320,000; price carries 55 points and technical merit 45 points in the evaluation. A site visit is mandatory and must be arranged for 12–16 October 2026 at the times and locations specified in the tender documents. The visit certificate must be included with the bid; otherwise, the bid may be deemed irregular. The bid submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must demonstrate relevant registration and professional competence, hold an RGE certificate, and provide the requested information on turnover, staffing, past experience and technical resources.
