Appointment of SEMITAN’s principal and alternate statutory auditors and sustainability report auditor

Summary

The contract covers the appointment of SEMITAN’s principal and alternate statutory auditors to carry out the statutory audit and certification of its accounts, as well as the audit of the company’s sustainability and corporate responsibility information. Related or special assignments may be ordered as needed, up to a total ceiling of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. Orders for verification of sustainability information are capped at EUR 100,000 excluding VAT over the contract period; these may also include certification if required by law. The contract runs for 72 months from 1 January 2027. Up to five candidates will be invited to tender. Candidates must have competence in statutory audit and certification of accounts, financial and accounting audit, and audit of sustainability and corporate responsibility information.
