Single-use packaging and tube boxes for transporting biological products and samples

Summary

The procurement covers single-use packaging for transporting biological products and samples, tissues and cells: both insulated and non-insulated packaging, as well as single-use boxes for tubes containing biological samples. It is divided into three lots: insulated packaging (Lot 1), folding non-insulated packaging (Lot 2), and boxes for biological sample tubes (Lot 3). Deliveries are to mainland France and France’s overseas territories. The framework agreement lasts 24 months for Lot 1, with two possible 12-month extensions, and 12 months for Lots 2 and 3, with three possible 12-month extensions. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 12:00. The technical criterion accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%. The bidder’s average turnover over its three most recent financial years must be at least €300,000 for Lot 1 and €500,000 for Lots 2 and 3. Bidders must provide the samples required for each lot; for Lot 1, the technical offer must also describe the packing procedure and the materials used, taking environmental considerations into account.
