Rheological Measurement Systems for High-Temperature Molten Geological Materials

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, delivery, commissioning and user training for rheological measurement systems for the Magmas and Volcanoes Laboratory, for characterising geological materials molten at high temperatures. One system will initially be ordered for the ANR Tremplin ERC VISCOFIELD project; the laboratory may later order a second system and additional items if needed. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and a ceiling of EUR 139,999 excluding VAT for its full term of up to four years. The estimated cost of the first system is EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. Pricing for optional thermal protection is voluntary. The offer must include a completed price schedule, a complete technical proposal and technical data sheets for the proposed systems; variants are not allowed. Offers are evaluated on technical merit (50 points), sustainability (10 points) and price (40 points). Applicants must demonstrate adequate financial, technical and professional capacity and provide information on turnover, staffing and relevant references for the last three years.
