Dissemination and distribution of IRD publications through bookshops and online channels

Summary

The concession covers the dissemination and distribution of IRD’s physical publications in France, including its overseas territories, and abroad through general and university bookshops, specialist shops and online sales channels. It applies only to publications for which IRD holds the rights to bookshop distribution. The initial term is 12 months from the start of the services on 1 March 2027, with four possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum term of five years. The estimated total value is EUR 120,000 excluding VAT, but this is not guaranteed sales revenue: the concessionaire is paid according to actual sales and bears the commercial risk associated with sales. The candidate must submit a technical proposal, a completed financial annex and a signed concession contract, and demonstrate its economic, technical and professional capacity. Offers are assessed on technical quality (60 points), price (30 points) and sustainability (10 points). Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon Paris time on 2 November 2026.
