Supply of heating oil and non-road diesel to the Bourogne Energy Recovery Unit

Summary

The contract covers the 12-month supply of heating oil and non-road diesel to the Bourogne Energy Recovery Unit, divided into two lots: heating oil and non-road diesel. Tenders will be evaluated on the price per litre (70%) and environmental performance (30%). Environmental performance covers product composition and the share of renewable raw materials (15%), the environmental performance of transport (10%), and the environmental performance of deliveries (5%). The bidder’s turnover in its most recently known financial year must be at least twice the contract value. Bidders must describe their human, material and technical resources and provide references for similar work carried out during the previous three years.
