Framework agreement for acoustic measurements, studies and consultancy in Paris municipal buildings

Summary

The tender covers acoustic measurements, studies and consultancy in Paris municipal buildings under a framework agreement. Work may include noise and vibration measurements, sound insulation and impact-noise testing, building-equipment noise assessment, reverberation-time and room-speech-intelligibility measurements, acoustic and vibration monitoring, reporting, acoustic advice and attendance at works inspections or handovers. The contract is divided into two geographical lots covering the north-east and south-west sectors of Paris and specified surrounding departments. Each lot has a 24-month term starting on 20 December 2026 or, if later, on notification, with one possible renewal. There is no minimum value; the maximum for each lot is EUR 600,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must provide unit prices for every item in the price schedule and submit the required technical response, meeting the reporting, measurement-equipment and standards requirements. For Lot 1, the technical offer must include at least one building-acoustics engineer acting as project manager who personally completed five relevant acoustic measurement assignments within the previous five years; each reference must identify the work, location, client, value and date. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026.
