Rehabilitation and construction of bridges with associated cycling facilities – 2 lots

Summary

The contract covers work on four bridges or other engineering structures in the municipalities of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Le Fenouiller, Commequiers and Saint-Maixent-sur-Vie in France, together with associated cycling facilities. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 involves rehabilitating structures OA 1 and OA 2, including demolishing and replacing the OA 2 bridge deck, repairing masonry, waterproofing, asphalt works and installing equipment. Lot 2 involves demolishing the existing structures and building OA 3 and OA 4, including pile foundations, new bridges, road surfacing and a cycle path. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. Lot 1 has a 6-week preparation period and a 9-week construction period; the corresponding periods for Lot 2 are 10 and 26 weeks. An alternative solution is permitted for the OA 2 deck structure in Lot 1, but a compliant base offer is mandatory. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Offers will be assessed on price (40%), technical quality (50%) and environmental quality (10%).
