Assistance with spatial planning and urban planning

Summary

Grand Bourg Agglomération is seeking advice on spatial planning and urban planning under a framework agreement. Services will be ordered through contracts awarded under the framework agreement and paid at unit prices. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on notification if later, and runs until 31 December 2027; it may be renewed three times for one year each. The annual minimum value is EUR 60,000 and the annual maximum is EUR 190,000, excluding VAT; the framework agreement’s total ceiling, including renewals, is EUR 760,000 excluding VAT. Up to two contractors may be appointed to the framework agreement. Tenders must be submitted electronically. The award criteria are price (60%), technical quality (35%) and environmental approach (5%). A social-inclusion requirement applies during contract performance.
