Insurance services for the Haut-Jura Arcade Community

Summary

The procurement covers the conclusion and administration of insurance contracts for the Haut-Jura Arcade Community for a fixed two-year term, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with no extension. Bids may cover one or more of three lots: (1) civil liability and related risks, (2) property damage and related risks, and (3) the vehicle fleet and related risks. The services include arranging insurance cover and administering the contracts, including registering, handling and settling claims. For Lot 1, the general public liability limit must be at least EUR 5,000,000 per claim. Bidders must demonstrate their legal authority to provide insurance services and their financial and professional capacity, and submit the required administrative documents, financial offer and technical description. Offers are assessed on technical quality (50%: coverage 25%, deductibles and intervention thresholds 15%, and contract and claims management 10%), price (40%), and environmental measures (10%). Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 22 October 2026 at 17:00.
