Environmental consultancy for the construction of Tram Line 2 in the Tours metropolitan area

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for environmental and ecological consultancy for the construction of Tram Line 2 in the Tours metropolitan area and its associated infrastructure. Throughout the project, the contractor will act as an expert in biodiversity and natural environments, helping implement and monitor measures to avoid or reduce construction impacts on biodiversity, noise, air and waste. The work includes identifying sensitive areas and checking protective marking, regular ecological construction inspections and reports, marking invasive species, rescue operations, checks and assistance related to tree felling, tree-root diagnostics, and environmental meetings, audits and reporting. Services will be delivered in La Riche, Tours, Joué-lès-Tours, Chambray-lès-Tours and Saint-Pierre-des-Corps. This is a single-provider framework agreement performed through orders. The initial term is two years, with two possible tacit one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. There is no minimum volume; the maximum value for the entire agreement is EUR 431,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 28 October 2026 at 12:00. The bid must include the required application and pricing documents, details of the person responsible for the services, and technical and environmental information. Evaluation weights are technical quality 55%, environmental performance 5% and price 40%.
