Design services for landscaping and upgrading the courtyard of the Château des Stuarts

Summary

The procurement covers design and construction-management services to landscape, upgrade and enhance the historic courtyard of the Château des Stuarts in Aubigny-sur-Nère. The full design commission runs from the concept and preliminary design through detailed design, support for the works procurement, review of execution documents, construction supervision, and assistance with handover and the warranty period. The courtyard is to become greener, more shaded and more welcoming while preserving views of the château and its heritage value, existing access and circulation, six parking spaces including two accessible spaces, and the ability to host events. The preliminary works budget is €500,000 excluding VAT, and the works must be completed in the first quarter of 2028. Offers will be assessed on technical and methodological quality (55 points), price (40 points), and environmental performance and resource efficiency (5 points).
