Construction of the PERICLES building in Versailles, Lot 2 – all trades

Summary

The procurement covers construction work for the PERICLES building in the Gribeauval district of Versailles, Lot 2, covering all trades. The works are scheduled to last six months, including a one-month preparation period; construction is planned to start in January 2027. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit before submitting an offer and include the signed visit certificate. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 11:00 on 16 October 2026. Variants are not permitted. To qualify, a bidder must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €2,000,000 in each of the three most recent financial years and provide three similar references from the last five years.
