Purchase of 17 removable Ampliroll containers

Summary

Grand Port Maritime de Nantes Saint-Nazaire is purchasing 17 removable Ampliroll-type truck containers for transporting solid or liquid waste generated by the maintenance of port sites and facilities. The contract covers 14 standard open containers with a capacity of 15 m³ and 2 reinforced containers fitted with lifting rings; their internal dimensions are 5,500 × 2,300 × 1,200 mm. It also includes one sealed, closed container for liquids and sludge, with a sliding roof, partial openings at the front and rear, and a system preventing the roof from lifting. The supplier must provide the containers, unload them and make them available at the buyer's designated locations in Montoir-de-Bretagne and the Cheviré port area by 31 January 2027 at the latest. For stability, the rollers must be positioned outside the containers, and the rear doors must have two reinforced leaves with double locking. The containers must comply with DIN 30722 and applicable safety requirements. They must have at least two coats of epoxy primer on both interior and exterior surfaces and at least two coats of polyurethane lacquer; the bidder must prove this in the technical memorandum or technical data sheets. Materials must be non-toxic, non-polluting and free of heavy metals. Vegetable-based grease and non-polluting paints resistant to wear and corrosion are required. The bid must include a completed contract form and price schedule, technical data sheets for the containers, and a technical memorandum covering delivery time, installation arrangements, container weight, environmental quality and the environmental performance of the transport used for delivery. The application must include the company's overall turnover and turnover in the relevant field for up to the three most recent available financial years, as well as a list of similar supplies or services delivered during the last three years; no minimum turnover or reference count is specified. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and priced in euros by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted. Evaluation weights are: price 50%, delivery time 30%, and 5% each for container installation arrangements, container weight, the containers' environmental quality, and the environmental performance of delivery transport.
