Renovation of the ground floor of the historic town hall

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the ground floor of the historic part of the town hall in Pléneuf-Val-André. The works are divided into seven lots: general building, masonry, demolition and waterproofing; floor reinforcement and external and internal joinery; partitions, insulation and ceilings; floor finishes, levelling, painting and cleaning; plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning; electrical works; and asbestos removal. The contract duration is 10 months. Bidders must provide the required financial and technical capacity evidence and a technical offer describing the schedule, team, work methods, materials and environmental measures. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation and technical merit for 50%. Site visits are mandatory for lots 01, 02, 05, 06 and 07.
