Purchase of new grand pianos for the Poissy Conservatory
Summary
The procurement covers the purchase of new grand pianos for the Poissy Conservatory: three quarter-grand pianos matching the Yamaha C3X or an equivalent model, and one half-grand piano matching the Yamaha C6X or an equivalent. The tender must also price the buyback of three existing instruments: a Kawai GS-60 half-grand piano and Kawai KG-3 and Yamaha C3 quarter-grand pianos. The buyback prices will be deducted from the cost of the new pianos. Prices must include delivery, handling, initial tuning, warranty, removal and transport of the old instruments, and any related handling or travel costs where applicable. The pianos must have a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects covering parts, labour and travel. The bidder must state a delivery period, which may not exceed three months from receipt of an order. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots, under which orders will be placed as needs arise. The initial term is 12 months, with one possible renewal for the same period and a maximum overall term of 24 months. There is no minimum order volume or value; the annual ceiling is EUR 90,000 excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 22 October 2026 at 17:00, and tenders remain valid for 180 days. Participation requires the requested candidature and pricing documents and a technical tender; technical specifications and evaluation criteria should be checked in the tender documents.
