Tender detail
Construction works to improve electrical security at the Écully forensic police site
Summary
The procurement covers construction works to improve the electrical security of the National Forensic Police Service site in Écully. It is divided into three lots: general building, external works, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and interior works; electrical and building-control works; and generator equipment. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. The electrical and control-systems lot includes a main section and five optional work sections, including replacement of transformers, the control system, terminal controllers and obsolete modules. Bidders must account for the mandatory site visit and provide insurance, turnover and workforce information, as well as evidence of similar works completed during the previous five years. The bid must include the required pricing documents, a technical memorandum, a schedule and CVs for named key personnel. The work must be planned to maintain operations at the occupied site, and the technical bid must explain how work phases and power interruptions will be managed. Lot 2 is subject to a mandatory social-inclusion condition; the required number of hours must be checked in the tender documents. Evaluation is based on price (60%), technical quality (35%) and environmental aspects (5%). The submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 12:00.
