Inspection, diagnostics and investigation services for engineering structures

Summary

The procurement covers inspections, diagnostics and investigations of engineering structures in the Grand Paris Seine et Oise urban community under a framework agreement. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers detailed inspections, visits and diagnostics; Lot 2 covers condition assessments and investigations of structures. Services for each lot will be ordered over a 24-month period from the contract’s entry into force, and the contract may be extended once. There is no minimum order value; the maximum is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT for each 24-month performance period and each lot. Bidders may submit an offer for both lots, but a bidder may be awarded no more than one lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 30 October 2026 and remain valid for six months.
